•       To manage Business Development of Health Insurance products, planning and implementation of MRIBS business plan to achieve desired sales objective for the assigned region.

•       Responsible for the sales budget across Health Insurance products of sourced through Direct Sales channels.

•       Generate customer leads through various activities.

•       Meet with directly clients and customers.

•       Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved.

•       Business Reporting, MIS on Sales call, Lead Utilization and conversion are tracked, maintained and reviewed on daily basis.
